Cedar River Smoke House uses only the highest
quality USDA meats. Our Beef Brisket is dry rubbed then smoked with
Mesquite and Hickory wood for fifteen hours at low temperatures to make
the meat moist and tender. The St. Louis Pork Ribs are rich, meaty, and
are also a popular item for catering. Be sure to take a peek at the other
